ミ ミ：今日から、エバーホームの地元「大和」では、“阿波踊り”の前夜祭なのに、雨が強く降ってきて、関係者は大変なんじゃない？
チョコ：そうだね。僕も、散歩に行けなくなるから、大雨は嫌だな。
ミ ミ：“阿波踊り”は、全国各地でやるようだけど、そもそも何がきっかけで、始まった踊りなの？
チョコ：いろんな説があるんだけど、「酔っぱらいの集まり」とする説が一番有力らしい。
ミ ミ：どういうこと？
チョコ：阿波藩の初代藩主は蜂須賀家正（はちすかいえまさ）。戦（いくさ）の手柄で、豊臣秀吉から褒美（ほうび）が与えられ、それが阿波１７万石だった。家正は、ほうびの土地に城を造って、その築城祝いに民衆に酒をふるまった。無礼講だったので、みんな祝い酒をくみかわして、踊りまくったという。
ミ ミ：つまり、酔っぱらいの踊りが起源なのね。殿様も気さくな人柄だったのね。
チョコ：“阿波踊り”が行われる「大和」の人たちも、「エバーホーム」の人たちも、みんな気さくな人たちだから、不動産のことなら、何でも気軽に相談してくださいね。

Your RSS feed is not working. Contrary to what you may think, people who subscribe to your feed aren’t necessarily reading your articles. In most cases your posts will be competing with a large amount of content, some of which may be very similar to your own. I do almost all of my reading through a feed reader and there is a habit I’ve picked up which I think is symptomatic of most feed subscribers. With so many new articles popping up in my feed reader every day I can not possibly read all of them to completion. I tend to prioritize by title, then skim a little, and if my curiosity is peaked, the article gets my full attention.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net.
